As a licensed clinical psychologist, Dr. Anderson works in private practice in Santa Monica, California. She teaches Jungian theory, Active Imagination, and Sandplay at the Jung Institute of Los Angeles and conducts workshops on Painting Inner Images, a method of Active Imagination she studied with German Jungiananalyst Ingrid Riedel. Dr. Anderson taught nationally and internationally, and published articles in the Journal of Sandplay Therapy as well as sandplay journals in China, Russia, and Germany. She recently contributed an article to Psychological Perspectives.
